I have always thought Wendys was far superior to McDonalds. I have always been helped promptly at thr window at Wendys unlike McDonalds "Pull ahead policy". But now Wendys is doing the same thing. Why even install drive thru timers if you are going to fill the parking lot with drive thru customers waiting on food?? I guess Wendys is going downhill.

This Wendy's I went to, in Huntingdon, has superior service. I told them I just wanted a couple scrambled eggs with cheese and some bacon, they said that's not on the menu, but we'll make it for you... and they did! They went out of their way to make something for me that they don't regularly make, and they didn't charge me an exorbitant price for my custom order. Great place to eat, wish I could stop in there more often.

This Wendy's was the best one we have ever eaten in. We got their Sunday night around 9:30 pm and we were surprised to see something open. The staff were A+ wonderful, foid was hot fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this place to eat. Mrs Debra McRae (Huntington Tn.)

The food is always good but i almost always have to pull up and wait ten mins or so for my food. Especially if I order on the app (Which makes no sense to me). But it also seems like they are always short staffed, so I'm definitely not mad. they are not to blame. The reasoning for 3 stars is because I feel like whoever owns this store definitely needs to get their people some help. I've noticed over the past few months that it seems like fewer people go and the parking lot is empty. The food is great and the employees aren't bad. There just doesn't seem to be enough of them. And if you are this short staffed, what's the issue? Is it a management or a hire limit problem? Either way, if you work people to death or overwhelm them every single day, you'll lose those too.

We were traveling, stopped at this Wendy's, a little out of our way but for good food it was worth it! The service was great as well as the food. One mistake made on the order but that was quickly corrected and the burger was remade. We ate in the truck and continued to travel to our destination.
