I went thru the drive n window. I ordered the 2 for $5 roast beef sandwiches and a medium order of curly fries. I was asked 2 move forward and they would bring my order out 2 me. I waited what seemed forever. Finally i received my order and went home. I ended up with 2 fish sandwiches and my curly fries were cold. I was extremely disappointed.

Made my order online I do get coupons fairly frequently through my email so I used my coupons and ordered online and it was ready by the time I pulled up in the parking lot and parked The food was warm and it was good it's Arby's I don't have any complaints about this particular Arby's location they're decent.

They have two different fish sandwiches now. Crispy fish and fish with melted cheddar. We ordered two crispy fish sandwiches. Naturally they gave us the wrong ones. We did not want the fish and cheddar. Besides when we tried it without realizing it was the wrong one it was so cold and tough we could barely bite it. I went and talked to the manager. She did make it right after she gave me a big lecture on how she knew the guy who took the order was at fault but there is a price difference and she was making us new sandwiches but weren't having to pay the price. She wanted to make sure we were getting it cheaper. We offered to pay the difference but she said we didn't have too. She made it seem like we were at fault. But then the young guy who took our order could barely say two words to us. This is the second time we have been to this arbys and have gotten lousy service and food both times. We will not go back to this arbys or recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered 3 roast beefs , one was with cheddar and 1 large curly fry. Barely any cheese on the roast beef and about half a box of fries . It wasn't even busy so I don't understand what's so hard about making the food right.
