Don’t use Togo. I order my food, showed up on pick up time, waited 20 mins and got my food. Go home, and they left food out. I tried calling the 10 min drive back and finally got someone to answer, only to be out on hold. I show up still on hold and the phone isn’t ringing, there’s no one taking an order on the phone and no one even near the phone. I then wait another 10 mins for someone to show up, tell them what was missing and then wait for it to be prepared. After it was brought out I asked if they had anybody dedicated to Togo order Ana sake said no. I asked her about why I was left on hold and no one to answer it, she replied it was her and she knew that she did it and apologized for it. After a few words she went and got the manager and I state my complaint again. His only solution is they are short staffed and they are hiring if I want a job. And that it’s been that way for years. And I agree. If I had walked in and sat down I would’ve gotten my food faster and at least been able to eat it warm with my family. But I had to waste my time and gas. And the restaurant was not busy. Maybe 7-10 tables and the few that were at the bar. They could’ve been swamped in Togo since I can’t see the orders but that’s not an excuse for years of how bad the Togo has been.

Tuesday evening 7:30. Sign said seat yourself, several tabled available, 7 minutes before the waiter went by saying that she would be right back. After 18 minutes I left with no service. Very poor service. Good luck getting an order.

Same Buffalo Wild Wings experience as back home. Good food except the wings have gotten smaller over the last 10 years. Are the chickens shrinking? Or the cuts getting smaller? Onion rings were good and crispy.

I showed the waitress an email/coupon I received from BWW. She made me sit there for over 30 minutes just so she could verify the coupon and take it off my bill.

We called at 10pm with a party of 40 on a Friday night. (18 adults, the rest youth) They were more than happy to accommodate us. Food was great. Service was excellent. Saved our night, as most everything else was closed.
They need a new bar tender. Or he needs to go back to school and learn how to mix drinks. I will not be back and would not recommend this place at all.
