Order placed at 4:19 PM but didn’t receive my order until 5:10PM!! Otherwise, the guest attendant was courteous enough but several other customers were not so understanding with the long wait times for their orders…took entirely too long for such a basic Captain D’s menu item! Fortunately, the staff didn’t lose their cool about the other rather harsh complaints of taking too long to get their orders!??

Captain D’s will make anyone a GM when they have to scrub the surface. When you address their awful food they get smart with you.

First time at a Captain D's. I was very pleased with the Lobster roll that I got. There were two smaller sized rolls but it was perfect for what I needed for lunch that day. They were tasty and the rolls were perfect for that sandwich. My wife had the shrimp basket and I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity and quality. We used the drive thru and had a short wait time.

1st. I had lunch on Jan 5, 2024. 3pc fish, fries, okra and tea. The fish was straight out of the grease. Everything was hot and fresh. The girl that waited on me brought it out to my table when it was ready. Tea is always good here.2nd. The next morning I thought I had lost my wallet. Went back to this location. They did everything they could to help me out. The girl that had waited on me the day before stopped me in the parking lot. Gave me owners number. Very sweet girl.Luckily I found my wallet. But even then, the owner called me later on to confirm. I feel like they all went above and beyond of what I look for in a fast food restaurant.
