They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals you buy there. As a hospital worker with a 30 min lunch break, it would be nice to place the order online and not wait in line, as well as earn points. Overall decent restaurant. Could be staffed a bit better as first hour of business is hectic for 1 cashier. Staff was nothing but pleasant. Maybe staffing has changed since other reviewers came.
