Honestly such a meme of a restaurant. Ordered a half plate of Texas Cheese Fries and couldn’t eat them because they were way overcooked and the bacon tasted like the fake bacon bits in a bag at Walmart. I didn’t want to even bother trying to have them cook another plate. When I told the waitress to take it off my bill she said okay and walked off. She returned right before we left and asked if I wanted something else since the fries were bad; which was weird because why ask when it’s clear we’re about to leave. The waitress seemed like she confused and didn’t know what she was doing; I’m assuming she’s new there. My girlfriend’s Caesar salad was wilted and the dressing was grainy. She didn’t want to complain though and ate it because she was really hungry. The fountain drinks are marked up as hell in there just like half of the stuff on the menu. We were also given plastic silverware which I’ve never seen in a restaurant. The egg rolls were bomb as hell though.

There was a bus load of ppl that arrived before us so everyone was very busy. It was also 7pm on a Sunday. We are not usually out at that time. The food was good but my husband's and my food didn't come out together. There was about 10 minutes in between. We had to ask for silverware and napkins several times. The sweet tea was not sweet. I had to ask for sweet n low. Had to ask a couple of times for a to go box. The music was way too loud and not our style. Even though all of this happened it was still ok. We only saw this one waitresses waiting on several tables and a bus of 25 ppl or more. I would say they were doing their best.

I really don't know what happened to this place . I've lived in the area for 23 years and 20 years ago is was really good. I went in a couple months ago and the food was terrible and the service almost non-existent. Stopped by this evening because we received a gift card for Christmas and it wasn't crowded. We stood at the front door for over 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence. Finally my wife walked around the corner to where 3 waitresses were sitting staring at their phones and asked if someone could seat us and the one with her feet up on the table screamed at one of the other ones to go help us. First she got up and cleaned up two tables of dishes and went about completely ignoring us for another 5 minutes and another her came from the back to seat us where we sit for another 10 minutes before we got up and left. They should just close this place down. It's absolutely horrible!!!!

We received a $25 gift card for Christmas. I ordered the ribeye, rare, w/mashed potatoes and asparagus. Husband ordered sirloin, medium rare, mashed and broccoli. My son got triple dinner ( chicken crisps, sliders and mozzarella sticks). $75 for just these 3 meals. my steak was well done, cardboard consistency. husbands was the same. the sliders were too burnt to eat. there were 5 stalks of asparagus. crisp on the ends and as small as spaghetti.

Although there were plenty of empty tables, the staff was refusing to seat their lobby full of potential customers. There was no hostess, and other staff members would make eye contact but then walk away, leaving us cluelessly stuffed in the foyer. Many of us got tired of waiting and left without ever being served. Very disappointing after a long day of traveling.
Came in at 8:30 no hosts to seat us waited around for 8-10 minutes at the booth and left. Bartender glanced over 3 times but didn’t help us .. only one customer at the bar as

Never been there before. Pretty slow service. Great burger and fries. Hated the chili, no kidney beans and flavor could be improved on. Cheese cake was good. I am on a 02 machine and they had no place to sit with an outlet so I could save my battery.

The whole problem here was just under staffed. They brought everyone plastic forks to eat with.... told me there was nobody there to wash dishes?you shouldn't spend $50+ at any restaurant an have to eat with plastic forks... I just paid my bill and left and I still tiped the waiter. And I love chilies I been eatn here 25 years an this was the worst time at one.

Place was empty but the service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes to be seated when there were only 4 occupied tables. The waited again just for menus. They weren’t busy enough to warrant this, there were three waitresses and 4 tables. The time waiting on food was long and I ran out of water and when the waitress finally came by to bring the desserts, she said she would bring me more. We finished our dessert and started to pay before she showed back up. I will not go back, take the empty parking lot as a sign.
