The store is absolutely ridiculous. I walk in. They're eight employees there music is blaring so loud you can't hear yourself think get in line when I get up there they finally turned the music off two burritos a bag of chips and a bottle of Coke and I get there to pay and they can't take cash because of the employees they don't have a cash drawer, I didn't bring my card with me. I brought cash so chipotle lost out on $50 worth of sales. I probably will not go back again which sucks because I love the food but it's absolutely ridiculous at 11:30 in the morning and you open at 10:45 that no one in the restaurant can take cash or there's not a manager there to give a drawer to the employees45 minutes after you're supposed to be open for someone to pay in cash. I spend around 90.00 a week here now chipotle will be losing that every week now.

Last 2 times in at 7:30 at night the only way to get food is order it on the app. In the past they are out of something nearly every time I was in. The employees have this blank look on their face and don’t seem to care. Tonight when I was in there it was chaos. I left. They have lost a customer.

This Chipotle has the freshest ingredients and the guacamole is on a completely different level than majority of other restaurants. The steak bowl is also very filling.

We ordered a company order, I got a burrito bowl. Hardly any steak in there, overpowered with sour cream, hardly any vegetables at all. Chips were horrible and STALE. This has happened a couple times to me. I will not be going back. I thought maybe the first time was a just single oopsie. When this restaurant came in it was good, now it is like they just don't care anymore. Another restaurant here in Jackson that just slops food together to get it out the door. They won't last but a couple more years here.

First time went in at 10 they were open for another hour. They had no PICO no one mention it until my burrito was half made. Burrito is 100% rice. The tortilla STINKS and the chips are as stale and chewy as rubber !! I will not be returning ever
