SHELBY was everything!!! Her spirit was so interactive with us! She presented as a true asset to this establishment! She assisted us with menu options for our pallet and accommodated us when one of the orders wasn’t quite right! I hope she is appreciated as an employee as she was most certainly appreciated tonight while dining in your establishment! The food and drinks were good as well ?

Duck Nachos are why I go. They could try to put less char on their shrimp skewers. They taste like they were cooked directly on the coals.

After years of great food, today's lunch was a fail. And evidently the changes are permanent. We ordered fajitas. The shrimp looked like it was poured straight from a supermarket bag of frozen medium sized peeled and deveined shrimp and some salt & pepper sprinkled on. I could have done better at home. Gone is the unpeeled, deveined shrimp that tasted like it was well seasoned, put on a skewer, and seared. The chicken and beef were also missing the flavor that I had come to know and expect from Coyote Blues and there were barely any vegetables with the fajitas. Also gone - the little metal cup of butter with whatever magic it contained.Though the food was subpar, the service was superb. I honestly felt bad for the servers and the hostess who were left to explain why everything was so different since the menu didn't mention anything about recipes changing.I will miss the excellent food I found here in the past and will hop across the street from now on where I already know the food will be mild in flavor so there are no big surprises or disappointments and it's less expensive.

Our lunch was different. We arrived at 11:50 it took over 15 min to get a drink. When we finally got to place our order. We noticed that the waitresses were all over the place. We found out that the computer was down . But that's not the worst of it. The bartender opened a beer for a customer who didn't want it and she put the top back on the beer and put it back in the refrigerator. Shrimp that was put out for pick up fell off the plate and a server picked it up with her hand and put it back on the plate. We also watched one plate go to a customer and then returned it was given to another server and taken to another customer.

Today sat at the bar and waited fifteen minutes to be noticed. Then waited an hour to get food. The ladies at the bar didn't have it going on today. If you are not regulars, you are out of luck.

Food was really good. I just wish it all came out at the same time. I had to wait 25 minutes longer for my food to come out. My girlfriend food was cold by the time mine came out.

They spent a ton of money to expand the bar yet did nothing to improve their staff. We were in a dead bar about 7:30 on a Saturday evening and had the worst experience ever. Ordered drinks and never got waited on again? Our server disappeared for over 30 mins while multiple staff looked over at us while on their cell phones! We paid for our drinks and left. Should have paid for staff training instead of pouring money into a sinking ship.

We always have a great experience at Coyote Blues. I especially love any of the shrimp and crawfish dishes. On our past visit we tried the duck nachos. Those are definitely our "go to" appetizer now.

Started with ample seating and welcoming smiles. The starter chips and salsa were good. I got a mojito, a hollerback beer and the queso. Both were pretty good. My g/f got the chicken tacos, which she stated were awesome. I got the pompano chicken, which was good. We were checked several times by multiple members of the staff.

Love the food and atmosphere here. Nice craft beer. One of my husband's and my favorite places. We love the fried avocados, delicious. I love the vegetarian options. One of my favorites is the mushroom and spinach quesadillas.

Allison our server was excellent. No complaints from our party of 4, howeverdue to no clean silverware we had to manage with plastic utensils. The restaurant was not busy at all, so i really don't understand the silverware issue. Other than that I have no complaints.
