Just left and when I got home they forgot my sandwich on a 4 person order. It was not busy that it could be forgotten. My son has to drive back into town to get it as I am too mad to back. Will not be back and will not recommend to friends.Also the phone number listed does not work. It asks for some code.

Food is amazing!! The ingredients are incredibly fresh and freshly cooked in terms of the meats. Portions are a full meal if you go with the large, can even have leftovers. Service can sometimes be a pinch slow but that can be excused to a point as the place has to process an absence of orders.All told, a great place!

I visit Firehouse Subs frequently and never had a problem but today was different. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! There were 3 people working (1 being the manager) and they had just too much going on behind the counter. The manager Donald (I think that was his name; he was a short black guy) was very rude when I asked for a refund. There was one girl there that did not have on a shirt and was told she could serve the customers and she stood back there anyway. It was waaaayyyyy to much talking and having fun instead of fixing the customers food. My partner and I sat there for 15 minutes or more while they talked, laughed, and joked around. The other girl was moving at a snails pace as if she was just fed up with the job and didn't want to be there. For Donald to be a manager he was VERY unprofessional. I don't like a lot of playing, talking, and going in and out of the establishment while you are fixing my food. He actually stood there and argued with my partner about the refund. The crew that was there between 4:30 and 5:15 on September 30, 2023 was NOT a good crew.
Amazing staff on 10/7/23 around noon.Not enough STARS to rate them.They were very inviting, fun, upbeat and the singing was a bonus.Definitely made our group's visit top notch.Thank y'all
