We will not be back. We waited for almost 30 mins for our food. We watched the drive thru empty at least twice with cars after us. We have been coming for awhile and the only thing they could say is the grill takes 10 mins. I told them we come often and it has never been 30 mins. We will not be back. You can wait at a restaurant and receive faster service. We left with no food still. Terrible service that doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

40 mins in a drive thru for 1 plate lunch & 1 kids meal. (There were only 2 cars in front of us) Was told when we got to the window to park they’d bring it out. Nope. Order had been sitting on the counter nobody brought it out…completely forgot about us & another customer they had waiting even longer than us. Never again.

I've only ever gotten the coffee from here, but I've absolutely loved each one I've tried! The workers are always super nice, and the coffee is worth the price of it. If you ever want a good coffee, but would like to have more unique options than just a standard hot coffee with hazelnut, this is a great place to go. I really love the Mexican dulce (it's dark chocolate and cinnamon!!!), as well as the Samoa (which is like the girlscout cookie I think! Chocolate, caramel and coconut).

Tim, the owner, does a very good job of maintaining his image at the expense of his employees, and at times even at the expense of Green Frog and its customers. While good and Christian, the songs played in the restaurant are always deafening and create an atmosphere where conversation feels prohibited. And while this could be a criticism of those who work in the store, the employees that are there every day have NO control over the volume of the music. Who does? Tim, the owner, who is hardly ever in the building. The baristas are constantly being flooded by an espresso machine that, according to conversations I’ve overheard from employees, “is so old it should have been thrown away when this location opened”. I’ve seen multiple attempts to fix it using methods Tim assured would work, and that Tim himself has tried, yet for some supposedly unknown reason the ancient machine still has the same problems! He can open a new store, yet he can’t afford to buy his employees equipment that would actually help them do their job?Not only that, it’s also crazy that he has apparently removed a few positions during the day — crazy especially because I’ve now heard him yell at THREE different employees for “not doing their jobs” (though that staff is the hardest working I’ve seen, thanks to their managers, and now work harder still to keep up the demands of the job while having fewer employees working at one time). In short, Tim does not know how to run this store. I love Green Frog, I go there often in the mornings, yet he mistreats and manipulates so many people that are doing a fine job. He is the reason they have a high turnover rate!! And while Shelby is a fantastic manager, every problem seems to be her fault — even when it’s the distributor who’s late or it’s actually his fault or it’s the fault of a poorly trained employee (“poorly trained” only because Tim won’t allow her to have enough employees to adequately train people). For someone who has ownership of a company, Tim does NOT know how to own up to his mistakes and his oversight and his apathy. Also, everyone’s demeanor changes when he walks in. It’s crazy! It’s like they’re afraid of him, even when they’re not doing anything wrong! And who wouldn’t be afraid of a boss that likes to yell at people? So if you do go to Green Frog, go for the sake of their employees, and remember to be kind to them. Many of the problems you might encounter are not their fault.
