The street corn was so delicious, I would have taken a picture but it was so good I ate it to quick. I also had pecan ice cream in a waffle cone. I was also delicious and the customer service was great.
Happy Ice Cream is what Jackson has been missing! Small Mexican Paletaria style ice cream shop. Lots of flavors of ice cream, sorbet, aguas frescas, paletas (ice cream bars), and other treats. No need to speak Spanish to order. Always clean, friendly, and awesome. Great place for groups of all sizes, or to pop in alone for a quick treat.
