The staff always have attitudes and the wait is longer than it should be. I've come a handful of times and tried to give benefit of the doubt. Food is okay, but service makes the experience very poor.

So I just left here and first our drinks were sour and it took forever for us to get their attention because they were talking and cutting up they eventually switched them for us and we thought that would be the end of it but boy were we wrong! I am a manager at another fast food restaurant and this place not only made us wait almost 30 minutes but forgot our salad then gave it to me with no chicken at all then they also gave us bad mashed potatoes and left their positions to go buy ice cream from a parked ice cream truck in the parking lot and when we tried to get back in line for a milk shake because they refused to let us add it at the window they had the drive thru so backed up because the people with the headsets were still at the ice cream truck so we just left very unsatisfied .They will not ever get any business from me or my family again.

Recently visited the Jacks on North Highland in Jackson tn for breakfast. Ordered 2 chicken biscuits and an orage juice. Was barely any customers here and it took 45 minutes for me to get my food. Seems like the employees are more worried about playing and joking around than proper customer service and working as a team. I willl not return.

When a friend of mine and I have eaten inside several times for lunch, we have had a positive experience with staff, food, and atmosphere.When I or my wife has needed to use the drive-through to get a biscuit, side of bacon, etc. for a quick breakfast before school or a road trip, however, we have gotten a hard and/or burned biscuit for the past four times. The lady at the window has not spoken, and in fact shows strong irritation at being asked to give out a straw. This should be obvious that it is needed with a drink. She further should not be irritated at pausing her conversation with a coworker to at least say, “Good morning,” while handing out food to a customer.Update: Talked to manager. She apologized for food given to wife. She courteously offered to make up for the problem, and generously remade the full order instead of only the chicken biscuit. She said if there is ever a problem to let her know and she would make it right. Her customer support was excellent. This does not help time-strapped customers whose order has a problem and cannot come back, but it is greatly appreciated by me. I did not address the window customer service while I was there however.

Serious drop in quality of food. Gravy is watery and lacking in the Sausage bits that it formerly had. Biscuits are smaller, and have much less egg and cheese. Sausage was dry and crunchy.
Live nearby so have had food here various times over the years. If you like food quality to be all over the place, bad service, and not getting the right food then this place is right up your alley. Gave it another chance recently and just as expected, received the wrong food. Never trying it again.

I'm not 1 to review food or places but... DAMN! I just ordered the fried chicken sandwich & it was absolutely the worst piece of chicken I've ever had! I tried to eat around the parts that were completely ruined but I eventually gave up! It honestly tasted like (texture) it was cooked yesterday & then microwaved! Not to mention it was 2 pieces of bread & that PoS chicken! NOTHING ELSE WAS ON THE SANDWICH! BREAD & GARBAGE! I only had that sandwich 1 other time & I recall it was pretty good but, this 1 was so bad I won't be returning to that store again! That was seriously pathetic they even served that piece of chicken to anyone!As for what items I recommend... I recommend going to another store, if not another restaurant completely! I'm amazed someone even served that chicken! It was obviously cooked yesterday & microwaved if not older!

Food made fresh, hot. Requested no salt fries. Perfect! Cold coffees are on point for ready made. No complaints this visit. They do however sometime not add in condiments when requested or plastic wear. Double check before pulling off! Quality of food & portion size are ample. Prices competitive !
