After leaving the disappointing Outback on Cordova Road we went to the Outback in Jackson. The service was great, the food was awesome, and the atmosphere was clean and friendly. A totally different experience than the Cordova restaurant an hour away.

I placed an online order and one of the employees stole my phone number off my order. Told him I was married but he continued to harass me for weeks. Complained to a manager but as far as I know nothing was done about it. Now I'm afraid to even eat here. And it was my favorite. Great food, but sketchy employees.

I can't say about the food this time it's usually great.This time there were only 3 people there eating.We were seated quickly but never waited on.We sat there 20 minutes and never even got a drink several walked past our table to check on the other 2 tables.We never got served so we got up and left.Very disappointed this time
It was my first time to go to an Ouback. The staff was great and so was the food.

most visits are all 4 stars, this one my prime rib sandwich was extremely dry and overcooked. Replacement sandwich was made and it was a little better.
Ordered the char grilled ribeye with bone. It didn't get anywhere near a char grill. Flat grill seared only. I missed the good charred fat. Otherwise steak still tasted great. Service dog friendly.

Our Blooming onion was over cooked the server didn't even offer us refills after 30 minutes with an empty glass. They were not busy at all.Had to ask multiple times for BBQ sauce for my chicken Tenders that were over cooked
