I had to come in to get my "make-up" sandwiches. I ordered 2 sausage, egg, & cheese bagels a week ago and they forgot to put a sausage patty on either sandwich. They were very accommodating and friendly, even though I had to wait for the sausage to finish cooking for my new sandwiches. Super yummy sandwich, both times (even without the sausage)!!

Not only is the food exceptional, but service in the restaurant is as good as the service outside when you order meals to go or be delivered. They make things right if it's wrong or lacking. Cannot say enough good things about this location.
Parking lot was full and line was almost out the door. They got my food ready before I was able to pay for it. Fantastic service!

They only had one woman putting bakery orders together and it was a little busy for one person. She did a great job and made sure the order was complete. This location seemed to not be low on anything which is a problem for a lot of Paneras I go to.

We bought a family meal and 2 separate meals. My sandwich, 12 inches, was over 12.00 for what little meat they put in it.It's to me an abuse. My wife's soup was also not enough to fill a child's stomach. They are a rip-off to customers.

Just not what it used to be...Twice now, I've had issues with my order. Both times it was the same manager. He doesn't seem to be on top of things (How does one nicely say that?). The store isn't very clean and I've gotten to where I'm just hoping my food is prepared in a sanitary way.
