Had to call today because when I did a pick up order 3/31 I received a notification my payment went through which it was $5 more than what I paid. Apparently the person that took my order gave himself a tip. I was going to tip him when I first came in but after he took my order and told me 15 minutes before I went to my car to wait I told him I wanted to purchase the strawberry crush (in the cooler when I paid) which he must’ve gave to someone else when I was waiting it was no longer there, when he handed me my food 20-25 minutes later and I had to remind him of the drink I purchased. When I said there’s no more strawberry crush he answered “this is all we have” after he already had told me there was grape in the back. Requested ranch and blue cheese it was not in the box when I went back inside he was about to walk away. I told him “I need the ranch and blue cheese please it wasn’t in the box” he handed me the sauce and walked away. I told him “thank you have a good day”’ he said nothing back. Do you think you deserve a tip when you barely gave customer service ?? I wasn’t going to give a review at all but you don’t just take someone’s money! I will not be ordering through this Pizza Hut again. I understand you were by yourself, you chose to work there even the other customer I sat and talked with agreed he was rude as well!

Always love this place. The employees are amazing. Prices are reasonable, food is great..Parking: Right in front, clearly marked, handicapped parking at front door.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access at all times.

When you are away from home and need a pizza, you just go with someone safe. That was a good strategy, the guy at the counter was efficient and helpful, and even though I didn't order ahead it took less than 10 minutes to be out the door with a pizza. And it was good!

I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza with extra cheese. When I opened the box all the cheese was in the center of the pizza. There was no cheese on the 2/3 of the pizza. This is very unusual for this Pizza Hut, usually food is great.

Pizza Hut South is my favorite pizza place in South Jackson. It's always clean and even when busy they are always nice. Their ? is my favorite too.

The last 3 times I have been to this Pizza Hut. My pizza Has been very dry and just not good. Tonight I had enough points to get a free large super supreme. It was the most pitiful pizza I have ever eat. Maybe it was because it was free, but it just did not have anything on it Skippy. Most of the cheese was on one side of the pizza, no sauce, or not enough.
