Showed up and after being seated it took 20 min for one drink. After 30 min the second drink came out and was undrinkable as it was only tequila with zero other flavors. After 50 min the food finally arrived. The waitress barely came around to check on anything.

The hamburger was exceptionally good, and what I would expect from Red Robin. The atmosphere was very nice RR decor. The service was good once I was able to get a staff member to my table. The restaurant dining area was almost completely empty. It has taken me a long time to get seated, and an even longer time to have any come take my order. Normally I wouldn't have waited that long. No explanation as to why the service was that way. My guess is the hostess forgot to tell someone that I had been seated.

This place used to be great, but the latest thing to happen really turned me off of this place. I will not be back and I advise others to not go there as well. Our family met up to have a birthday party here (there were 7 of us). We were told a table should be available in about 45 minutes. An hour later we were told that they didn't have anybody to service our table. So, we were asked to leave. I can understand people not showing up for work; it happens. But, if you have a party of people waiting in the lobby for an hour, don't just send them away empty-handed after they've waited so long and have watched other people just walk on by and get a seat. Comp their next meal or something. Goodness gracious. If you are alone or have just 2 or 3 people you might be okay. I actively refuse to go here anymore, and that's sad. I used to love this place. Oh well, times change.And, if you're the owner, and you plan to deliver me a canned response of, "email us at... or call us at..." don't bother. You're wasting your time and mine. More actions need to happen in this restaurant, and it starts with your management staff (not telling your customers to call and waste their breath).

Update:I was asked to reach out to the main office, I called , had to repeat everyone again , the receptionist stated he was sending an email over to the district manager and I would hear back usually in 24 hours ? not sure of the time zone but it has been 5 days. 90 dollars later no response from management , guess that’s why the restaurant is going to fail. Very sadThis review does not reflect on our server, our server Red was kind, energetic, and handling so many jobs, and even apologized a few times ,2 appetizers came to the table fine, we had a long wait for 4 meals , that didn’t come out together or the fries where ice cold , the first batch of fries where so oily you couldn’t hold them, sweet potatoes fries one batch was burnt and the other batch was ice cold , while waiting for the fries to come out we started on the burger, picking up the burger was almost impossible for the grease kept everything from staying together , no utensils around to use, so no the burger is cold waiting to get the fries , so they arrive and we decide to leave, the whole time the manager was just at the serving line, no interaction with the patrons or seeing how the meal was, I’m sure he knew there was some problems , the ladies bathroom needed to be addressed , water was going all over from when we arrived until we left Tables need to be cleaned a lot better and the self check or order tablet , hope it doesn’t turn out to be another restaurant closing in Jackson.

Started bad, when the hostesses seemed mad, very very unfriendly!!Then received our food, and had to get up and ask for eating utensils twice! my fries were cold, my burger was not made correctly !! I got up to ask for a manager, 2 ppl said they were the manager, I found out that the gentleman was the kitchen manager(very nice and polite) the heavy-set lady was the shift manager (very rude, and does not belong as a manager) and because of her will never come back! Did not want the meal for free, it was 34 dollars, and as a good customer left a 6-dollar tip!

This WAS my grandsons favorite place to eat until Friday 2/2/24.After we ordered and got our drinks my grandson got his order and was almost finished when my order was brought out. I asked for some silverware and napkins, later I asked again for silverware and napkins from another server. Finally our server brought the napkins, I asked again for silverware and I was told that they were washing some and it would be a few minutes. Never got the silverware and so I just paid the bill and left. Less than 20 customers in the building.My grandson told me after we left that we need to get another favorite place to eat.I have to agree with him. I don't know what has happened but things have really changed in Red Robin and not for the good.
