have been here twice before but then found John mulls Road kill grill. but traveling thru Vegas on a Sunday amd road kill is closed so went with Rollin smoke man what a rip off. I ordered brisket and sausage and what I got was maybe a kids size meal brisket 3 small lengths and sausage maybe about 6 bites sides were good but compared to John mulls road kill grill this was baby portions and will not go back

we went to the original location , the staff were unhelpful and rude ,asked if they would call a taxi for us or had a number for a taxi service and we were snubbed by the staff, imagine being a business in a tourist city and being unwilling to help out tourists ?

Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Staff was excllent. Location was ok. Resturant itself is small and outdated. Would not visit again I've had better.

Great food, great service. You can't go wrong with this place. The ribs are fall off the bone tender and more delicious than they have any business being. One of my favorite BBQ places for sure!

We stopped off here as a part of a Hog Car Tour, so we were able to order off menu. The owner put together a mixed plate that showcased a few things that's made the place great. The BBQ taste was no joke. We had plates specially for us, off menu. We had a platter consisting of brisket meatloaf, mashed potatoes, candied yams, house bbq beans, housemade sausage, onion strings, and corn poppers. Every bite was great and left us with memories of how good it was days (and obviously a week) later. We met the owner, his wife, and a regular waitstaff; all super friendly and seemed happy to be doing their bbq craft. A very friendly atmosphere and great food.

Found this place on Google heading up to Athens and couldn't wait to stop! Anticipating an authentic Georgia BBQ experience and was disappointed. BBQ was a pulled pork bathed in a tomato sauce (like it had been sitting in a crock pot) and the ribs were dry. Wish it had been better - really do

Do not let the outside fool you this place is outrageously good. We came for lunch on a Wednesday at 12pm and it was already pretty busy. We had easily the best bbq we’ve ever had and considering your a 5 min taxi from the strip the prices are excellent. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about the place. If I return to vegas this will be top of the list.

Outstanding Lunch!! We were here on Sunday for drinks - but the bbq smelled so good we came back for lunch!! Had the pulled pork and chicken — both were wonderful!! I usually drown my bbq in sauce - but no need to do that here - since the flavor was so good!!
Wow excellent bbq! Had the trio with burnt ends, hot link and brisket with the regular sauce, all meats super tasty, burnt ends lights out fabulous, hot link tender moist and just the right amount of spicy, brisket tender and smoky!!

Stopped here for lunch on the Hog Car Tour. So glad we did! Had a delicious combo platter of various specialties. Home cooked Barbeque like nowhere else in Vegas. Yum.

Being from the UK we have a shortage of real decent smoked BBQ places. Nearest one to me is around 1hr away so I knew when in vegas I wanted to try at least one of these smoke houses. Rollin smoke was the choice, there was a few to choose from but we was making our way to the Strat and stopped off here on the way. First impressions wasn't the best as the reception area and ordering food was kinda small and dark and dingey but the food coming out looked good. Our server was excellent and even with a queue behind us building up she never rushed us an any way but instead went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted. Food was excellent and 100% worth the visit . I had the burger with extra brisket which was fabulous. Fries was only luke warm and would have been better if they were hot. A great selection of sauces to choose from also.

Super good high quality food! We ordered the mix of 5 kind of meat + 3 sides for sharing(2 people). Everything was very delicious, but we do recommend to order the onion strips and the ribs - yummy! It’s NOT a fancy place, and you order at the beginning, but definitely was worth the Uber! Only by 15 mins walking from the wynn hotel. If you are looking for good meat and value - that’s the place!

Rollin Smoke BBQ although a bit off the beaten track for tourists it should be put on the tourist map. The choice of house sauces are something else, there must have been 30 plus, from mild to nuclear, tried three and all just superb. As a meat lovin brit, this place is just heaven, cooked the USA way is just out of this world, don't go made with large, just a regular size meal is more than enough.
