Rude & incompetent staff. Ordered a 32oz chocolate hulk and told “we out”. So went to order the next drink to be cut off and told hold on. Then I get to the window and wait over 5 mins just to pay. Then waited additional 20 minutes for my smoothie handed to me by some guy who was clearly under the influence of something.

The app wasn't working for me, so I hit the drive thru and was a little irritated with the wait, being the only car there, but the strawberry banana recovery smoothie was well worth the wait.

I waited 10 mins at the drive through intercom for someone to acknowledge me . Then after placing my order i had to wait in the drive thru parking spot for some to bring my bowl that was half way filled and came up with a sorry excuse as to why my bowl was half a bowl. I wait for a total of 20 mins. I forgot to mention that as well. This is a disgrace i will never be returning here again if i had time to wait i would have requested a refund but I’m running late for class. I called asking for the GM number and no one knew. What type of service is this

Stopped at location at 8:37pm to get 2 smoothies. I was told they had already cleaned everything and they refused to serve me. While being told this 3 other customers came as well and we were all turned away. In my opinion not very good customer service or business practice. We ended up going to another smoothie place and were served with no problem!

The service is always terrible and slow which is why I don't visit often, but I was discriminated against and was told that I intimidate the employees and not welcomed anymore. I admit that I am a big person, but there is no reason to laugh and smirk at me when I come in there to spend my hard earned money. Perhaps I should litigate.

I usually get laughed at by the employees because they hide in the back cracking jokes instead of being upfront making shakes. Thinking of calling corporate.
