My go-to Starbucks since I've lived in Jackson!! Excellent customer service. The drinks are always superb. I don't ever mind waiting because they're just that good and worth it. They make my day everytime I go there, no matter the time. A thousand stars out of 10!!
My husband got 2 special order drinks around 7-7:30 and shared with me how happy and nice the workers were even tho we had drinks that had all sorts of ingredients in it. We wanted to try something fun and they loved the unique order! And of course it tasted amazing. We will be back. Great customer service!

I have only gone to this location for drinks so I can't comment on the food. I always purchase my drinks on the app so all I have to do is go in and get my drinks. If the drive-thru is slow I use it. The drinks are always made correctly and ready when I arrive. The employees always greet me with a smile and a good attitude. I will return to this location.
