The young girl that took my order she was in a hurry I did not tell her what size I wanted she assumed I wanted a tall when I wanted a venti and she made me a call and I told her I ordered a venti but I went ahead and took the tall seems that she was in a hurry and she had more on her than she to take.

I ordered online waited for a bit, then went to pick up my order. When I got there no one in line and nothing but chit chat going on. They didn't start my order when they were not doing a single thing until I came up looking for my order.

I keep having bad experiences here and going back, hoping things will be different the next time, but they never are. Today I was annoyed for the last time ? I ordered a trenta pumpkin cream cold brew and a trenta ice water. The girl tries to hand me a grande drink, then realizes her mistake. So my assumption is that she was remaking my drink the right size/way. I continue to stand there, everybody who was behind me is getting their drinks and I’m still waiting. Gentlemen worker asks me what I’m waiting on and I look at him confused. The girl who attempted to hand me the wrong drink says she’s been called my drink out and my “trenta pumpkin cream cold brew” is magically sitting on the counter now. She never called my drink out again after she tried to hand me a grande drink and the drink that was sitting on the counter didn’t look right. I don’t know if she remade the drink or just tossed the grande drink into a trenta cup. A cold brew with sweet cream is supposed to have cream sitting on top of the black cold brew, it shouldn’t look like a latte with cream on top. I had to ask for my ice water because they forgot it too. I just want what I paid for and I keep getting drinks that don’t taste right and feel disrespected every time I go here.. I work in the hospital and frequently try to give them second chances and keep getting burned/my drinks not tasting right. I would recommend everyone to save their money and go to the N highland Starbucks outside the hospital.

Located in the hospital but if you have some free time, don't let that discourage you... it's just a check in away from your favorite drink. I thought it was going to be a hassle but it wasn't. I put on my mask, went to the counter to let them register me in and went to the basement to get my iced caramel macchiato w/almond milk and an extra shot of espresso. The service was great and the wait wasn't long at all compared to other Starbucks locations.
