I was so disappointed I seen so many good reviews. I just got phillycheese steak there not 30 min ago I go to eat it in my car an one the cheese is full slice not melted which wouldn't have been so bad if there was meat but u can see in the picture the hole thing have just 1 or 2 pieces of steak here an there. The price is crazy of ur barely going give any meat. I guess I'm still on look for a place that has good phillycheese steaks with actual meat.

My favorite place for cheese steak.They are a little pricey but hey it's steak.
I've been 3 times and the service and food have been fine every time. I never have to wait very long for my order and the store is always clean.

Maaaan what a delicious Philly Cheestake! I actually went to Jersey Mike's 1st and they was too slow so headed over to Steak Eacape and I'm glad they were slow. I won't go anywhere else when wanting a Philly. Gonna be tough to try the other stuff when it's that good.
Steak escape used to be good, but under the new ownership it's been awful, I found hair in my sandwich, our Togo order took almost 25 minutes when it used to take 5-10 and no one was in the store at the time. The place just seems mismanaged and understaffed.

Pleasant young man took my order, he was very respectful and polite. The drink station was clean, neat, orderly and well stocked with items at the drink station. Tables were all clean and wiped down. Food was hot, fresh and very good. What more could you ask for? ?

Dude that took my order was in great spirits joking and involving my kiddo while we ordered.. my kid is SO PICKY but ate the whole steak sandwich and loved the fresh cut fries!!! We will be going back.. it is very well priced too!!

The soda machine doesn't look like it ever gets cleaned. It's the first thing a customer goes to after ordering food, it's not exactly appetizing to put a cup up to a dirty machine. It needs to be checked a lot more often by staff. The food was okay. The healthy bowls were way over seasoned, and we could not eat half before it was just too overpowering and no longer able to eat it. The cheesesteak sandwiches and fries were really good. The kids loved them. The Korean BBQ is very spicy but good if it wasn't so over seasoned.
