Wont go back. I was the only customer around 2 pm. The manager was at the register yelling the whole time to someone in the back, inventory checking. The dude who waited on me mumbled . After asking twice to repeat himself, he yelled at me. I was concerned if I objected , it would have become an incident and I just wanted a sandwich. He wore a mask, but it drooped down below his nose. Just plain rude. I have many other choices. And my (one) sandwich and a drink was over $13.

I love subway, being pregnant I've been craving it constantly. I get the exact same sandwich probably four or five times a week (I know, it's ridiculous). While running errands in Jackson my husband stopped in to get me my favorite sandwich... WORST SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD. Remember I get the EXACT same sandwich at a different store all the time how is it even possible for the exact sandwich to suck this bad?? The tomatoes looked like sliced cherry tomatoes tiny and disgusting tasted like they were cut four days ago parts of the sandwich tasted like biting into an onion (I got no onions on this sandwich) bread was soggy ON THE BOTTOM, like it had been sitting in a puddle before they made it. All in all DISGUSTING. In conclusion if you're thinking about grabbing a bite to eat at subway I recommend ANY subway in Jackson besides this one. Truly an awful place. Thanks for ruining the best sandwich ever. You guys suck.

Whatever you do DON'T order off the app. They will short you on meat. Skip the cheese and some of the toppings.. Ive ordered from the app twice and the store once. Ive taken food back to be remade THREE times. They will roll their eyes at you. Argue even with a receipt and the food is just low grade. Tomatoes with cores in them - ask for one without and be told they come this way.....well yes, a tomato comes with a core. That is whywe decore it in prep. Wilted lettuce, and spinach. My advice... Go to a different franchise.

When you order in person you frequently have to remind the staff when they forgot something you asked for... we tried this location with UberEats a few times and every time something that was supposed to be hot was ice cold and items were missing.

It's harder to order food when people owning Subway don't speak a lick of English . Been looking for better Subway shops with hospitality good manners and a good clean place to eat

I really like the chicken teriyaki sub. But there is a few workers would won't accept phone coupons if you don't have a local number which is ridiculous

This Subway is out of my way but I decided to go here because it has a drive thru. I ordered the double chicken chopped salad with ranch dressing. When I got home they hadn't put the ranch dressing in my bag. It's a good thing I had some at home. I won't go to that Subway anymore because I paid over eight bucks for a salad and they don't give you the salad dressing so it's definitely not worth it. The salad was pretty good otherwise. Not great but pretty good. Also the drive thru speaker is terrible. I could barely understand the employee. Maybe that's the reason something was left out of my order.

A very clean restaurant. The food is always fresh and the service is good. I like the Italian BMT but steer clear of the meatball Marina. You can get a personal pizza here and they now serve wraps. The Best bread is the Italian, but there are many to choose from.

Stopped here to grab a sandwich between Memphis and Nashville. It's the first subway drive thru I have seen and it's awful. I had two guys with headsets on their ears making sandwiches for the drive thru but totally ignored me standing at the front glass. I waited about 5 mins and walked out the door. Don't think they ever knew I was there.
