This has got to be the best track bell in Jackson. The quality is off the hook.
I placed a mobile order and drove through the drive-through. There were three workers at the window, and the one guy was complaining because somebody gave him two stars. And my order was supposed to be nachos sauce and chips. My chips were all crushed and not even a full bag. It looks like they just scooped up what was in the bin. Very disappointed with that.
ordered 3 steak and cheese quesadillas and i got a tortilla and a bag full of steak and cheese!

Went there for a taco salad, and they told me that they no longer have it. So I ordered a 2 crunchy tacos and Mexican pizza combo, and it was great as usual.
Bro, this place is an absolute joke. This is my third time going here where they said “we cannot take any more orders at this time.” They always have a line full of people waiting. I really think this place should just be shut down. I mean the other Taco Bell’s they’re doing OK but this one location is not. I try to give a lot of businesses the benefits of doubt that Taco Bell as a whole is good, that’s why I’ve come back multiple times, but this one seems to always let me down.
Service was very slow, and there was only one person in the lobby. Took forever to get our meals. Others waited even longer than we did. Others walked out and went elsewhere. They seemed to be focused on the drive-through, which wasn't that busy either, possibly under staffed. Seemed like the staff could only work on one task at a time.. Was highly disappointed with the whole experience. Not to mention, the order was half wrong. My wife bean burrito must have had an entire onion in it. There were literally more onions than bean.
