Employees cursing in the food prep area, using the N word more than once. Employees on break in the restaurant swearing and using the N word play music with more swearing in the music. Worst experience. Is there no management at this location?? Or are they part of the problem as well. Taco Bell should be ashamed to have such employees and need to train them on ethics in a workplace and respect.

Smells horrible!! Me and a friend work at the restaurant right beside it and decided to get something on our lunch break. Mind you we've been theresince 9:45 a group of boys were there in red. We waited 45 minutes to a hour for 3 items two burritos and cinnamon twists. (I believe it was the manger )The lady came up to us after we already paid with a attitude saying the lobby should have been closed as if we just ordered 10 minutes ago. We got a refund.

Came through the drive thru last night. After a 20 minute wait and they wasn't busy at all. One other car in drive-thru. We had a missing chalupa. My wife went back inside to get it, brought our bag of food back in to show nothing else was missing. My wife was called a liar and they refused to give us our food that we paid for. And than proceeds to ignore her afterwards. Black lady with face tattoo in her hair line. So disrespectful and unprofessional. Will never eat here again

Most stupidest Taco Bell ever in Jackson if I could leave no stars I would!. Not sure why it’s still open. We used the drive thru when we went for lunch and the lady said that it would be a wait . I said it’s okay we can wait. Couple minutes passed and then the lady said that they were too busy and need to catch up on their orders. Which only 3 cars were ahead of us and 2 cars in the parking lot towards the back of the restaurant. So I’m not sure what busy meant for them so they could tell customers to basically leave.… all I got to say is sooooooo not worth driving to this one. The one by 45-bypass is a must go! Always nice and attentive!!!

We pulled up to the drive thru to order and we were told to leave and come back in 15 minutes. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru line and only 1 person inside the lobby. When we first pulled in an employee had just walked outside to take a smoke break. Guess that smoke break shut down the restaurant for that 15 minutes.

Absolute idiots!!!! First: I ordered drinks with “NO ICE”. Had to get her attention through the window because she’s putting ice in the cup… second : I wait for my order which was fresh?. My order was 4 of the same menu item, two without sauce, two regular..easy enough?? NO…. A young man hands my bag to me and I ask “did you mark the two without sauce somehow” ? Fair question? No!!! He doesn’t answer me the customer, he gets the attention of the other person working instead. She comes to the window and I ask again, how am I supposed to differentiate the items with sauce and without sauce??? Answer::: “well I guess it’s just gonna be one of those bite into it and see”. WHAT?? I ask could you not mark the ones to identify them. Response: “ no, that’s a cross contamination issue, they won’t even let us write on the bags” I drive away pissed!!!! I understand cross contamination, but don’t ya think if a customer has a special order you could, oh I don’t know, BAG THEM SEPARATELY!!!! Spend $25.00 for a surprise meal….. what happens if a customer is highly allergic to an ingredient??? Oh guess it’s one of those bite into it and find out things… and last but not least:: they NEVER offered to re make the ones without sauce to satisfy a customer…. Not sure we’re customer service went but I can sure as hell tell ya it’s NOT eat this Taco Bell…….

There is no one inside the building yet they are so busy they are not taking any more orders so they lock the doors. We just got in before they locked the doors and there was no line outside. We will not be coming back here.

We were the only ones waiting on food and the staff was telling the drive thru it would be a 15 minute wait. Also went up to order something extra and they weren't taking any more orders. They locked the doors at 6:45 when closing is advertised to be 10:00. Not the place to go If you want to make sure to get something to eat.
