Showed up at 6:30 this morning. Was informed the angry lady behind the counter says “we are only taking to go orders today”. When asked why, she simply shrugged her shoulders and smiled. What a joke ????. Go get McDonald’s!!!!!

Sat here 15 mins and never saw an employee. Tables are dirty, cooking area dirty. Another customer came in and left. Tried calling the store #2280 & it's a recording. Very sad!! It's 11:12 on a Thursday night. 2/8/2024

I’d give this place a zero I’m an independent company and I walked in at 3:40am to test their staffing you have what you can maybe guess their staff talking and acting like clients at this time and multiple groups with jackets over their heads sleeping no service not cooks approached me. I would not pass or recommend this

Got there and their water was shut off so we didn't get to enjoy lunch so I went to Burger King, poor substitute.

Walked into the Waffle House and was greeted kindly. They cleaned a table for me and my husband. I ordered the pork chop meal which is what I always get when I come to any Waffle House and my husband for the cheese steak. Our order came out in a timely manner and my pork chops were cooked perfectly! My husband finished all his meal as did I. I mean what's not to like when you need some food fast and cheap! Our server was very kind and friendly and it seemed to be a good team working tonight. The bathrooms were very clean which I definitely appreciated. Waffle House has not let me down yet! Thanks for a great meal!

I CALLED THREE DIFFERENT TIMES , EACH TIME I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 14 MINUTES AND NO ONE CAME BACK TO THE PHONE . THEY WOULD JUST LAY THE PHONE DOWN . I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WERE SHORT OF STAFF ON SAT DEC 2 OR WHAT , BUT IT SEEMS LIKE IF THEY WERE . THEY SHOULD HAVE LET SOMEONE KNOW THAT . AND THEY SHOULD HAVE STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE AND ASK YOU TO HOLD THEN JUST PUT IT DOWN AND NOT COME BACK ! THEY COULD HAVE TOLD YOU THAT THE WAIT WOULD TAKE A WHILE AND TO CALL BACK LATER OR TO COME IN AND PLACE YOUR ORDER ! ! !
We had family in for Thanksgiving week to stay with us from New Hampshire. They wanted to experience the waffle House, because they had never been there before So we took them out to eat at waffle House, We had 4 adult and 3 kids. It was the most horrible experience. The waitress never smile and had no personality at all. Then it took around 45 min to hr before we got any food and it came at different times. We didn't get to eat at the the same time and most of the food was not what we ordered. Never came back to refill our drink. Also all the bacon we ordered was burnt. The omelettes we had, had burnt onion in them and overcooked. There was one waitress and one cook. They acted like the were new and needed more training. I don't know if we ever will go back there again. I hoping that you will take care of this problem..so no one else will experience this☹️
