We ordered in the drive through and the lady took 5 minutes to even say anything to us. After we ordered they told us to pull up into the parking space. We waited 40 minutes before going in and letting them know. Then waited another 10 minutes because they didn’t have anything made. Not a single apology or refund was mentioned. Terrible customer service. All in all it took an hour and we got cold gross food. Will never go back there as long as I live. 0/5

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru when they wasn't even busy just to receive cold food. They were totally confused about our order & it wasn't even a complicated one. My sweet tea tasted like I downed a bottle of grandma's perfume. My chicken wrap was missing ingredients that were supposed to come on it and no napkins in the bag.

Was in Jackson nearby for business and went to Wendy's to get some things for the team for dinner. Place is filthy, your feet stick to the floor because the floors are sticky and dirty. The condiment counter is so gross I nearly threw up, old liquids and lord knows what haven't been cleaned in ages. Staff doesn't care about anything, you are an inconvenience to them by ordering something and making them work. Very unpleasant, almost walked out but had orders to fill in our group- I decided not to eat there, no telling how long it's been since they passed a cleanliness inspection- probably never.

Is we ordered, Two Baconactors, two Dave singles, Now individual display of the baconator, There's another one of two pieces of bacon for the first patty and the second patty has two pieces of bacon, There was no bacon, However the wendy Singles were perfect, The lady asked me for my name, I told her my name was favian, The old woman possibly in her late 40's, Said what kind of name is that, Quite abruptly and rudely, My name derives from spain, I was named after my grandfather, I did not tell her this because I felt it would fall on deaf Ears, I was being christian I promise, And I just felt like she wanted to punch me in the face, I'm disabled that would probably kill me, So I don't pick any fights if I know i'm gonna get beat up, I guess you can say I felt threatened, The girl that took over for her was way nicer. She's a younger girl, and she should be praised for being nice to us. But that was well after we got our meal and experience the older woman's rudeness.

The past 2 times I have gone @9:00pm they tell me the system is down and there will at least a 15 minute wait, if you let them know you ordered on the app they will make it but twice now seems like there is something wrong here

The day that we were there they would not take cash only debit or credit and the food was not any good at all.
Just left and let me say the crew that’s there now (10/15 @ 12:30pm) are the best! We had a huge order for family of 6. Not only did they get our order correct, they were very kind and professional. Thank you for the great experience!!

Food was out fast and was tasty, the service was very friendly, and they were on top of stocking and cleaning after each party left. If you're going to a Wendy's, what else could you ask for?

OMG. Do not under any circumstances go there. All of the staff hate each other and it was mass chaos and it wasn't even a busy time of the day. The fries were cold but I must admit, the spicy chicken sandwich is hard to beat.
