Using the Wendy's app you would expect excellent service. The staff can't get the orders right. Ordered chicken, got hamburgers. Baked potatoes took fifteen minutes to deliver.
Used the drive thru 9pm on a Saturday, super slow service. Each car had to wait 10 minutes to order as they could obviously only handle one order at a time. Because of this I expected to find one person working, but there were 5 or 6 so i don't know how to explain it.

Hit or Miss...Service is Very slow! Most are not friendly. Once we waited in line at drive through 1 car back from where you place your order for 10 minutes and no one moved in line, we left. Last time there out was almost as slow, but decided to wait it out. Over 15 minutes from placing order to window, then wait at the window. Not sure why they are so slow, appeared to have several inside working... or maybe they weren't working ??
