Came to watch the chiefs and bengals .sat at the bar .took forever to get someone to get us a drink .then tried place order for food .tried get the girl attention.couldn’t get it .my wife when got a menu off a table and hunt down the guy and placed an order .tried place and order to go for my son before he had go to work .they said the kitchen was closing and it was still early …took forever get hold of someone so we could pay ..the food and drink was food good but the service could been way better

Food was good as always. Our waitress on the other hand, not so great. 2nd time having her, Shantell, as our waitress. When you're trying to order, she tries to speed you up with your order. Always seems like she's in a bad.

The food was pretty good. It was fresh. A lot of TV's to choose from to watch sports. The prices are pretty affordable. The atmosphere was kinda dead the day I went, but I'm sure it's more live on a weekend.

Had the "Hugh Jazz" burger and it was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Atmosphere and service were perfect as well.

Tried to eat here and they are short staffed I was waiting in the front door for more than five minutes and another customer that come up to the front told me don't waist your time as she had to get her own silverware. So I followed her suggestion and headed back out. I can't recommend a place that can't even sit you down to a table due to short staffed.
Never placed the order. 3 people got on the phone and never could get the order straight. It was simple. 50 Hot Wings. 50 BBQ wings. $47 per 50. Do the math. $94 + tax, should be $103. Simple. But the total was $139!!!! Because they charge for flavor sauce??? Nope. Went somewhere else.

Had dinner here Saturday evening, for a wing place (and I love wings), these place was very sad. Bbq wing sauce was sweet baby rays, (which I also like), but I expect way better from a restaurant. I ate only 1 wing! The front window was busted, the ladies bathroom was disgusting, the waitress was unkept, slow, not attentive to our table, and there were not many people in there at all. The only thing decent we had was the loaded fries appetizer, which was basically fried cheese bacon bits and a small side of sour cream. And I'm actually not a fan of those normally. This was my First and last visit. I've bought wings 200 times better in a bag out of a Sam's club freezer!

Save yourself the trip and keep driving. Extremely rude server...a sign at the hostess station said one hour wait...no one even bothers to welcome you or tell you in person. Eventually, we sat at a high top in the bar area on our own after zero acknowledgement. Server walks by and said, "Did you not read the sign...hour wait?" Then, says..."So you just seat yourself, huh?" and kept waking. Place wasn't packed at all...they may be short handed, and I understand that, but a smidge of customer service goes a long way! How were we to know the bar area wasn't self seating??? Ended up at 731 Sports Bar & Grill right on down the road, and so much better! Actually, acknowledged and welcomed by the staff! Just drive on down there for actual service.
