Ordered a tray of 40 chicken fingerz for a party. Shortest time I could pick was 1 hour so that's what I picked. Arrived on time it and was hot and waiting on me. The employee was slow but precise so no complaints. This is my preferred Jackson zaxby location.

We wanted to try that new sandwich they were advertising but it was terrible. It was so sloppy made it was hard to pick up and there was not much chicken on it. And it was only slightly warm. It looked so good on the advertisement. In real life nope!! We have gotten the salads and those we like. They are a big salad and taste good. Every Zaxby restaurant we have visited are in need of cleaning and updating. And for the price of the sandwiches there could be some improvement in the way they are made and served. The employees could be a little friendlier too.

I don’t even know what to say other than the dude working the drive thru tonight had to be BEYOND wasted. Mumbling and slurring his words, taking 5-8 minutes per order, and the only thing we could clearly understand him say was “welcome to McDonald’s”. I don’t know who was more surprised, us or him. We waited in the drive thru line with a cranky baby for 15 minutes before finally bailing after waiting at the speaker box for an extra 5 minutes. Never even placed an order. Normally we don’t have issues with Zaxbys but this was an experience for sure.

We waited 25 minutes for our food . When asked why it was taking so long . He said grilled chicken takes 10 minutes to cook . Ok it’s been 25 ! While waiting 3 other people went and asked about their order. Then some they had pulled up from drive thru came in to ask about their order . There were 5 employees in here . Some walking around talking and going outside to smoke . When he finally handed me my food he just looked at me and kinda pushed the tray into my hands . No sorry for your wait . Like he didn’t want to be there .

They had a puddle of liquid on the floor. No sign. My daughter is disabled and my friend just had surgery. No Soap in the bathroom so all the employees weren't washing their hands after using that restroom either. The food was the worse. I ate part of it and left. Everything was over cooked. The chicken was alright and the fries were all right known of the buns except one were prepared right. I won't ever go back to this restaurant. ?
