Went there this morning the Bacon on my bacon biscuit was under cooked. The hash brown had been refried and was soggy. I was missing a hash brown from my order. We also asked specifically for strawberry pies and they ensured us they were fresh once we got home we realized they gave us apple pies instead extremely dissatisfied.
The employees at this location are absolutely inept. After 25 minutes, I canceled my order. (It was not even busy and there were only two people waiting. They didn't look to be short staffed. Just lazy employees standing around.I've noticed this to be a trend at this location among other patrons. I saw one gentleman waiting 5 minutes JUST to be acknowledged for taking an order while the employees were messing around with small talk. The french fries were finally cooked well enough to eat, at least for me, at any McDonald's location. I remember when during the 90s/early 2000s, as a juvenile and then later an adolescent, when generally the restaurants were greatly better at cooking french fries "well-done" to an expected "crispy texture". You could actually hear the crunching sounds as you bite into each and every one of them, too.
