Had a 12-15 minute wait...crazy but ok....but I think the pizza we got may have been waiting in there much longer than I had, if a person has to wait for his/ her pizza for 12-15 minutes than it should have been at least hot and not barely warm, not to mention looking like a preheated pizza from the day before .Last few times we gotten pizza's there they have had the worst taste, not sure if they changed ingredients or just lack of effort to do what's needed for their business. Pizza's there most part were good at one point, something needs to be done to improve what they are serving their customers. And they need new pizza cutters and dispose of all the dull ones.

Had someone pick up pizza and they made her buy the crazy sauce. If they read the receipt it would of been noticed that I bought 2 already.

Walked inside, felt like an oven in the restaurant. AC must not be working and it was obviously effecting the employees drive to do a good job. Pizza was awful, greasy mess that wasn't even fully cut. It ripped into pieces as I tried to eat it. Management needs to do better. Unacceptable working conditions for a franchise.

Employees cooking then register/money without gloves or washing hands back to touching food. Waited extra 30 mins for food it was never put in pickup slots so I asked guy if he would check on it then Employee was hateful and said it's always something with you people. Exactly what's he trying to say? Excuse me "you people" are paying customers

Short staffed and had to wait over an hour after ordering for the food (2 employees on a Sunday evening). Employees constantly complaining in the back while making the pizzas and breads. I will say that even though the facial expression of the employees was sour, the one who was also working the counter was professional and courteous to the customers. The pizza... I've had better and I've had worse. The issue with this store is the owner/management, not the workers. This isn't the only time I have been here with long wait times or poor service.

This place is a joke! Took them an hour to make 1 cheese bread. I was sitting there waiting the entire time and then when it was ready. They didn't even tell me that it was ready it was just sitting in the back...

Terrible experience. Shouldn’t be a one! Ordered pizza, bread sticks, waited 25 minutes than was accused of not ordering then girl said here we are just gonna give it to you. Really? I had my receipt. Than they charged me for an extra pizza I didn’t order…and was on hold for 10 minutes only to be asked to hold again when they did pick up. Nobody knew what was going on in that store and I’m still waiting on hold after 20 minutes.
