Pay attention to what you order. We ordered 2 large onion rings that was over $5.00 & they charged me but we only received 1 small onion rings until I put up a fuss and 20 minutes later finally got 2 large onion rings. People pay attention to what you order and make sure it is correct. I have no desire to return any time in the near future.

It was a bummer because I love sonic food and their new limited time options but this visit was just downright disappointing. The large fries we ordered were only half full looked like a small order of fries. The new triple smash burger I was so excited to try but they didn't put any sauce on it and it was very dry and I had to put on my own sauce.

I absolutely love it when I go to Sonic and “Miss Rose” is working! They are always smiling, lovely, bubbly, and so kind to me. It literally makes me feel better if I’ve had a bad day! If you want good food, good service, a lovely atmosphere, and just a so needed “pick me up”, I highly recommend going to the Jefferson City location and ask for “Miss Rose”! I promise you will smile.

Someone is not training new hires, ordering an ocean water and getting literal water with blue coconut flavoring, or a cherry limeade and not getting an actual cherry limeade is disappointing. New ownership and you can tell they don't actually care, oh well, will go elsewhere.
