Was nice but the Mello yellow was just mello with no yellow they misspelled my name after I spelled it for the cashier but that's ok. Other than that no complaints overall it was pretty good

Went thru drive thru had to pull forward and wait. Food was brought but told it would be a few more mins on tea. 18 mins later have to go in and they knew nothing about to tea I was waiting on. Now food is cold.

I came through the drive thru today for lunch and will NEVER return! Customer service does not exist in this place and their employees definitely need additional training. The girl working the drive thru had long black hair up in a ponytail and had the worst attitude. She came to the window and mumbled the amount of my order while taking my card and walking away. I did not hear the amount but assumed she knew what she was doing. I received my card, the receipt, and the food at the same time. I realized my food was not correct and signaled the young girl to come back to window. I told her I didn’t think that was my order and she RUDELY said “I told you the amount and you never told me it was not right” I told her that she mumbled the amount and I couldn’t understand her and she already walked away with my card” She then told me she couldn’t do anything about it and would get her manager and slammed the window. The young girl comes back to the window and ask me if the car in front of me pulled off without paying and I told her I didn’t know that I knew they were waiting at the window but that’s all. The girl then huffs at me, rolls her eyes, and slams the window again. Lord only knows what she said to the manager because the manager came to the window already defensive. The manager came to the window and proceeds to tell me that I should have told the girl the amount she told me was wrong before taking the order. I told the manager not only did the girl mumble the amount while taking my card and walking away from the window but she never verified my order to confirm accuracy of the order. The manager then said “oh I see” and continues to process my order. She brought me my card back and receipt. I understand how all that stuff happens and I wasn’t mad or defensive but what does upset me is the manner the employee and manager conducted themselves. The girl working the window obviously was not trained properly or has a false sense of entitlement with mentality of “she is always right and can treat others like crap because she is perfect attitude” Customers are not always right but in the case I should not have been treated in that manner. Very disappointing

There was nobody in the restaurant, and it took 25 minutes to get my food. With only two people working the front and only focusing on the drive thru, other customers came in and waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged and have their order taken.
