“Alright. So I've had Joelton and now Pleasant View. Here's what I got.Pizza - lots of toppings. Good stuff. Not homemade dough, but really goodWings - phew! Wings have gotten expensive. They usually give you big pieces, though. Have some good flavors, too. Try the bourbon!Now, the service can be rough. Big time hit and miss. You'll also notice people will walk in the door, sit down, and get pizzas way before you do. Order ahead for sit down, I guess?? I'm not a fan. Feels bad as a customer who's come in, ordered, and then waited to then see a whole family come in and basically step over you. This has happened at least twice for me.Edit, the last time I went, the ranch serving was better.Get a pizza to go, drink a beer, and have some fried pepperoni while you wait. They're good, too. Summertime on the PV patio should be nice as well.“

“Really good pizza! Proportions are great from seasoning, toppings, crust size, and cooking time. Everything came together so well. Garlic knots were slightly harder than I enjoy, but the oil and garlic were complimentary of the knots regardless. Staff was friendly and I felt welcomed.Parking: There is free street parking in the neighborhood, and if you want something behind the restaurant, there is a paid lot you can opt for.“

“Have a near-perfect vacation until I visited Tailgate Brewery in the airport. I fell in love with Nashville everywhere great services and kindness. When it was time to say goodbye to Nashville I saw Tailgate Brewery that caught my attention and the business concept at the airport. Me and my wife decided to eat at Tailgate and try their beers. Honestly the food was great pizza and wings were delicious, the orange wheat beer very good flavor BUT; THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. Hannah need more training in customer service Hannah is not attentive, she did not offer us enamelware. I spent 40 dollars for a good service but, she is rude, she has a bad attitude, she was never friendly, never smile and she got upset because I asked for enamelware, she wanted me to supplicated her to give me enamelware. I was not happy with her attitude and asked her to call the manager then she told me that was a baby. Recommendation they should train their employees better to provide good service. THE FOOD AND BEER ARE VERY DELICIOUS.“

“Alternative, fun space. The pizza slices are huge and more than filling while still tasting delicious. Great variety of games and drinks. It's an easy place to be comfortable, enjoy friends, and have a couple drinks. It's still fun even if you don't drink, which I love. The games are also cheap- most being only a quarter. The staff is attentive and quick to answer questions/help when needed. With that said, the customer service is not particularly unique or special. The vibe and crowd is what really makes this place shine.“

“Pizza is kind of pricey but it is so good. Mozzarella sticks are some of my favorites...but the Caesar salad is what I always return for. It's on the "shareable" menu but I eat the entire thing. Beautiful restaurant and One of the best Caesar salads in town. Only 4 stars bc the servers aren't that personable ..every time i come.“

“My husband and I are from out of town, NC. We were looking for a nice restaurant away from all the downtown bars. I did a lot of searching and googling restaurants around downtown and I found Frankies! I was so happy I did bc my husband and I had a great night! It was a Saturday so it was bus; we had reservations but still had to wait only 5-10 mins. The waiter was honest about helping us make choices, and the manager was helping our section, too! She was so sweet! My husband and I order the tray that has meat and cheese then got bread. I guess since the Manager took our order our waiter forgot our entrees but honestly we didn’t realize we have been waiting too long bc of the two starts and great conversations. But because they forgot and we had to wait the Manager gave us our desserts for free. The level of responsibility and care for us was amazing! The manager and I got to talk a little as we left and I got to thank her. She really is so nice but the whole staff was amazing, too, like 3 people on our way out told us thank you! I think the prices were great and fair. I have a small plate restaurant in NC that charges more. Will try to come back on future trips!!“

“This legitimately is the best damn pizza I’ve had in Nashville. My literal first thought on the first bite was, “This tastes like Italy.” So good! It’s a humble little kiosk, but don’t let its unassuming nature fool you. We had the boscaiola pizza — they shave the fresh prosciutto di Parma on site, use San Marzano tomato sauce, the best Italian flour and such tasty cheese. I will absolutely be back for more.“

The one star taken off is because of two reasons: the first is because we couldn't place the delivery order from this store, but that's because we didn't know that it was carryout only.
