Went out of my way to an arby's to use one of the offers on the app. Attempted to add 1 of my credit cards to payment message, which had already been added previously. Attempted with 2 different cards, both valid, the app continuously said unable to add card at this time. Wasted trip and half of my lunch break trying to make this work, and the store would not honor the online price even though the app wasn't working.

Foods not bad. If you eat in you'll probably be approached by people asking for money. I would never comment,or complain about this as I've hit rock bottom before myself. I don't feel it's so much Arby's problem/ fault, as it is lack of policing, and programs that should be in place for homeless. Follow Kingsport policy/ programs, and the way they handle it. At least they're keeping the streets pretty clean " especially for the size, and population" , and helping the people that want it.

I'm sure what the point of ordering 15 minutes ahead is, I still had to wait 15 minutes when I got there. And there was only one other person at the restaurant.
Fast food, can't expect too much, but the 1/2 pound roast beef was pretty good. Ordered and paid for a large shake but got a small. I didn't have time to run back around the drive through.

The limited time only hushpuppy battered fish was really good. The folks selling it, not very friendly. Also, the food was overpriced.
