Given this place a couple try’s this will be last the service is always good and friendly but the food always lacks today got the meatloaf special with two sides n bread good price but the sauce on the loaf was tomato base watery and not good the mash was out of a box no butter or milk water only tasteless the Mac n cheese was cheese sauce over pasta not homemade the meatloaf was ok but small portion overall just falls short of what you think of a mom n pop diner also I found out they don’t make there biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. That in a nutshell seems the overall problem with this place

Seat yourself, be prepared to freeze while you eat. Wait staff was young and attentive, would like to see them in a uniform of sorts not shorts and yoga pants. My dad voted a 4 for tastiness and flavor, coffee was hot fresh, he would go back and says way better then the chain CB down the road. Hubby says he likes it and scored it a four. My mom rates is as a 4. Now let’s get down to business, I thought the brown gravy was slightly pasty and the pancakes were missing something. The hash-browns were cooked with perfection and for sure if I go back I’ll just ask for them to make me a potato bowl. I was however surprised as we walked out to peep inside the fridge and the amount of condiment bottle blew me away. That’s one thing that scares me personally how does one keep track of when they opened it if there were no labels with dates. The mamaw in back with a kitchen towel around her neck made me feel right at home, however each person keeps house differently, keep that in mind before you judge. You will need to ask for a knife they don’t give those out, must have something to do with the location.

Absolutely delicious lunch. Had the Chicken and Dumplings special with 2 sides and a roll for only $9. Great little restaurant with decent prices. Will definitely be returning to try other options.

I stood at the front counter for almost 8 minutes watching The White staff sitting down and having conversations with the patrons and then finally a gentleman came out and told me I could just seat myself I was a little taken back, the food was okay nothing to brag about the coffee was warm and weak and in the parking lot where I had to park my vehicle I noticed they left a bin full of rotten food in the corner of the parking lot where apparently the wait staff uses as a smoking area also

Cute little diner with sweet, efficient, and attentive servers who are truly interested in ensuring a good experience. Good basic breakfast with well cooked eggs (one of us had scrambled the other over easy), hash browns, and tasty bacon. Shared a good pancake. Outstanding sausage gravy and bisquit! One of the top two in the area IMHO...Gravy is made using a darker rue, which gives it a terrific savory flavor. There are no omelletes, bebedicts or other "fancy" items on the menu, just basic breakfast items done well.
