Ordered the Chicken Sandwich, paid 1.50 to upgrade it to a BLT, which of course I didn't get. So just pickles and mayo. My girlfriend's 3 piece tenders had a "tender" the size of a small chicken nugget. She also didn't get her dipping sauce.Didn't have time to go back and complain, but they didn't have time to pick up the phone when I called back about it either.Save yourself the time and money and skip this place. Their dining room is closed anyway, drive through only.

The food was good and fresh but the wait time was ridiculous. Dining room is closed and they do not park long orders. We had 1 thing and had to wait 15-20 mins in drive thru.

Despite the fact that the place is to be open beginning at 5:30 am the drive thru was not open and after 10 minutes in line 4 cars gave up and left.

Every time i come here i order one of their tailgate specials. Its always hot, fresh, handed out the window in a respectable amount of time and always with a smile. I have no complaints about this restaurant

It's a good restaurant but the owner must be senile for having the inside dining room closed. He missing the concept of a fast food restaurant and he is losing money too. Good luck owner

Paid extra for cheese that I didn’t get! Chicken was quite small and very dry. One star for the fries because they were good. A combo meal with a drink, fries and subpar chicken sandwich that costs $9.19 w/tax and they can’t even get the order right? Not worth a return trip.

I was impressed. My hubby, being from the south, raved about this place. We ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was tender and the pickles were good. I didn’t like the mayo, but I can leave that off next time.

Dining room was closed so I went through the drive-thru. I ordered 20 bone-in pieces and 12 supremes. I was told they didn't have enough chicken and to pull forward. 32 minutes later, I received my food. The chicken was not crispy (the chicken had not had time to drain). I spent nearly $100 on Bojangle's family meals and add-ons and the food wasn't desirable. The total experience was set in motion with a very disengaged cashier running the window. No communication about how long it would take to receive our order. Poor customer service from the window and less than desirable food. I can not recommend this location.

The staff is always fast and friendly! Food has always been good here at this location.
Terrible meal, food was cold the chicken was awful and so were the sides. The only thing worth eating were the biscuits. This is not a great representation of southern fried chicken!!
