Ordered 3pc dinner (breast, wing, thigh), mac & cheese side, poutine, extra wing, & diet coke.On site at jc dog park. Not particularly busy. No problem waiting on fresh cooked food but was told 5 min wait then 5 min later was told 5 more min wait.When I got home they had substituted the wing in the 3pc box with a leg.Check your order before you leave.

I've drove to the food truck twice when Google says they're open. Tried ordering through doordash last night, and order was canceled due to the store being closed. Also, I've called multiple times to see if they're open. The number goes to voice-mail when Google says they're open for buisness. I'd love to try your food whenever you decide to accurately advertise your hours of operation...

My wife picked up some Chicken, Potato wedges and Poutine on the way home one evening. The chicken was awesome! The wedges was awesome! The Poutine... a different story.We have never heard of nor seen Poutine before so this was our first experience with it. When she opened the Poutine it looked disgusting. My wife wouldn't try it, the kids didn't want to look at it, and I didn't want to touch it either. She said she was going to trash it and I told her to wait a minute. After contemplating for a few bites of chicken I manned up, grabbed a fork, and tried a bite of the nasty looking Poutine... boy was I wrong to judge it by it's looks... it was absolute Heaven in my mouth. My wife and offspring still wouldn't try it so I ended up eating almost the entire plate of it myself as they looked on in horror... just more Poutine for me... lol. Honestly, it really does look bad but it tastes so flipping good. Give the Poutine a chance!

they are located on the side of the main road and they have the greatest decor item out front , a super large chicken! u can smell the food for miles. they worked with me on how much I needed to order and were super friendly. id recommend them to anyone! super great people!!!

Wow!, yes... this reminds me of the fried chicken we would have when I was young. My husband said "I think this is the best chicken I have ever had" - this is a strong statement coming from him.A bit of a drive from the Greenville side of Jonesborough but we will definitely be back. Wish he could set up shop in Jonesborough (just an idea!). Now if he could make, or we could find, a good pizza here in this area -- all would be heaven.

Poutine is on point. I saw where someone complained that it was just fries, gravy and cheese kurds. Yep. That is poutine.The chicken is pretty good. At the price point 100% a value. But needs a kick of hot sauce and honey to make it shine.Made fkr a happy plate. And please support locals like this.

I got food there today, 2 Chicken Breasts, Mashed potatoes and Potato wedges. The Breasts were crispy and moist. I base this on "NICKS BROASTED CHICKEN" in Kingsport which is great too. The Potato Wedges were chrisp on the outside and most in the middle. The mashed potatoes and Gravy were good. Whoever owns it is doing a great job. I will go back.

Excellent chicken and potatoes. Friendly service!!Waited only about 5 minutes to get fresh broasted tenders. First time trying and food was still hot after going home to Colonial Heights. Great meal !!!
Had lunch there today for the first time. Excellent broaster chicken. Great and friendly service. Will become a frequent "go to" for us.

So really a 2.5 - I went during lunch to the Broasters food truck in Gray where I was the only one in line, so didn't feel there was any rush. First off, I love chicken everything and will say the flavor and juiciness was good, but the skin seemed just a tad undercook which was a turn off. We ordered potato wedges and they were undercooked, limp, and not very flavorful. I ordered a side of macaroni and cheese, which wasn't in the bag but I wasn't about to go back out for $2.36 since all the other food was getting cold. My husbands tenders were OK, but not worth the money. I had really wanted to like the food, but unfortunately it just reinforced the fact that KFC and Popeyes are better. Nonetheless we gave it a whirl. Hope others go on days where food is cooked a bit longer and not rushed.

Amazing fried chicken & amazing poutine. The fried chicken is always fresh and has a rich flavor. I can't go back to KFC or Popeyes after eating this. They might also be the only place in Northeast TN serving poutine and I gotta say, they do a great job with it. I've gotten poutine at a few places in Canada and this is as good as that if not better.
