Buc Deli is the classic diner experience, all in a family style drive through! Delicious chicken, portions, best Cheddar rounds in the area, Friendly customer service, closed on Sundays, but definitely worth the drive through wait, huge salads, breakfast menu is my favorite! Chicken, egg and cheese on wheat toast all the way is a great way to start your day!Ask for the Lisa for a gluten free Delicious lunch!Dietary restrictions: Try the Lisa, grilled chicken with cheese, cucumbers with ranch on the side!

Food is great, always a queue. I think that is a indication of how good it is. the staff is very friendly.
I ordered my food and once I got home the order was wrong. I called and was advised they would replace my entire order. So I go the next day to get my replacement order only to find out the lady said that she didn’t mean she would replace everything but only the eggs and the meat. This was NOT what she has said the day before. Anyway I say ok, and I reminded her of what I had ordered the day before, and then I paid for my drinks and drive to the pick up window. After I got my food, I assumed the order was correct so I drove off, as I didn’t want to slow their process down. When I got down the road I checked, and the order was still wrong. Half my eggs on both orders were missing. Ugh here we go again. So I called them back and advised them of the error yet again, and said I wouldn’t be coming back but wanted them to know that they didn’t replace my order correctly as the assured me they would. The woman responded by saying Ok thank you and hung up on me. She was rude and never took full ownership of their mistakes. She NEVER offered an apology. Well I won’t be going back there. I miss it when the owner worked there. They were much nicer. They totally earned this rating!

Great little hidden gem in Johnson City. Today was my first time trying their breakfast and it was delicious. You actually get a real fried egg on your biscuit and the bacon is cooked perfectly. The quality is so much better than any other fast food joint in the area. I dare say they are better than Pals!!

The new owner fired one employee for telling the truth. How low can you go to hurt someone? They will not be eating there anymore.

Quality is going down, and prices are going up. Banana Pudding is just that. . Pudding! You get maybe 3 wafers and 2 pieces of banana!!I'd really like to re-comment on the "owner's response" that I saw. It stated that prices and quality had not changed in years. Please don't call me a liar. I can only report what affected me. It might've been a bad day for your business, but I am 100 % truthful in reporting MY experience! I know who owns the business! I'm trying to be nice. Thx.Parking: Only a limited space, but they do have an umbrella site for warm weather.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair parking as this is probably 99% drive thru. It stays busy during lunch hours, even to the point of backing up traffic on Market St sometimes.

It’s worth the wait!This is one of the only spots in town I know of to get soup beans n cornbread. Perfect for a cold rainy day.Also, excellent 1/2 and 1/2 tea.I’m also a fan of the hamburger steak dinner (all the way).

Shockingly enough this was my first visit (?I know I know!) I thought it was very good! Reasonable prices and a large menu for such a small little joint. I think the line could move quicker for the location just because it is kinda a hazard lol but it was worth the wait. Good philly cheese steak and some of the best sweet tea I've had. Will be back!
