I ordered online and waited 30 minutes....I put in the notes that I needed to break 100 but the order was 49 dollars and I was gonna leave a tip using some of the change...instead if calling me immediately I guess they wanted to wait 30 minutes to call and tell me that they couldn't break the 100.... I guess they do not have like 2 twenty dollar bills and a 10? but aight

I ordered a pepperoni bacon pizza and it was to die for!!! So good, and the crust was so fluffy and garlic covered. The employees were so kind helping me figure out what I wanted. Especially the one with the little head. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I have placed a curbside order Saturday. I have been waiting for over 1 hour to get a medium pizza. This is from when “Trina” was preparing my pizza. This location is extremely slow. This has happened every time I have placed an order at this location. Who knows when I’ll actually get my pizza sitting in the parking lot for over 1 hour and app is still not updated past preparing.

I ordered for online for delivery and got a notification my order had been delivered when it had not. When I called the store to inquire about my order, I was told they were closed and all their computers were shut down so theres nothing they could do for me. The man I spoke to said I could leave me name and they would call back tomorrow to give me a "credit or whatever". 30 minutes later, I here a knock on my door and go out to find the pizza sitting on the porch. The driver was already walking back to his car. It was close to 30 degrees outside. Absolutely ridiculous.

Basically stole our pizza and money: Delivered to the wrong address, blamed us, and hung up on us twice. We called in to politely let you know, twice, the delivery driver was at the wrong address. Seems like a huge managerial & staffing problem. I’d just order from somewhere else till they figure it out.

pizza was cold, also didn’t bring the lava cakes we ordered, has taken 45 mins to get the lava cakes we ordered, still haven’t got what we ordered, man on the phone asked if we would come pick up what we weren’t given… absolutely ridiculous, something is very wrong with management, my pizza was cold the last time I ordered, also the cheese bread is completely burnt and all of the cheese came out along the edges and burnt. Had to cut the cheese break myself, not a piece of it was cut.

Pizza delivered cold. Delivered to a neighbor. I had to go outside in the rain to yell wrong house. Called to complain (which I never do) and manager said it was “late” because I ordered it at 6 (it arrived after 6:35). Luckily I had a screenshot of order that I had ordered at 5:35) he said he would put a free pizza on my account but guess what? the link didn’t work. Never again. Don’t do it!

I ordered food last night around 6:00 or so didn't get my order till 8:00 it was delivery I asked for my food to be left at the door the delivery person did not leave it at the door she knocked and I had to open the door and watch out for my cats because my cats try to run out and after all that my food was cold? I will never order from the Boones Creek location again.

Looks like a major issue with Management in this location. Food is always late and they send out wrong orders. I was willing to forgive all that until I realized this location is extremely frugal with ingredients. It’s like the management has instructed employees to add the least amount of toppings as possible. Not ordering from here again.

After ordering online, the order went to the wrong address (understandable, considering our apartment complex is super difficult to navigate). We were not mad at all, as we understand things happen. After calling to let them know it was delivered to the wrong address, they instantly started making my exact order to be redelivered to the correct address (again, no fault of the driver). Joshua from store #7 in Johnson City absolutely deserves a raise!! I unfortunately don’t know his last name in case more than one Joshua works here. He delivered both orders promptly. He even apologized for the mistake, which was our mistake, not his! Again, our apartment complex is confusing, as we even have a hard time finding apartment numbers after living here for over a year. He was incredibly sweet and seemed excited to be at work, which is rare! He absolutely embodies a great and well-rounded employee. I work with customers who order takeout and delivery almost daily, and Joshua would make a great friendly and professional addition to ANYONES team!! Joshua, if you’re seeing this, thank you for your kindness and forgiveness for something that wasn’t your fault!!!!
