Always a solid option for me when I'm in town. Great staff that knows not only what they are doing, but their menu, including ingredients for the dishes.
We visited the JC First Watch today and to be perfectly honest we will not be coming back. After a 36 minute wait next to some jerk who was vaping a disgusting berry smelling substance we were waited on very quickly by a very nice server.Food was served promptly but the shrimp and grits were cold, not like warm, cold. My partner had the quinoa power bowl and we both surprised at how little sausage was included. We’ve ordered this dish many times before so we know the dish.Nothing was offered after telling my server my food was cold. I could only eat 1/2 of my meal.It was a busy Sunday but none the less I expected a higher quality of food.

One of the first things I noticed was portions are a sensible size. The food is so good, it would seem a shame to eat it too quickly. The coffee was really good, the servers were friendly, respectful, and seemed to CARE about their food interactions with customers. These are the most important things to me. The coffee was excellent too, which is rare, you usually get one or the other. Highly recommend.

Delicious, healthy food with a nice atmosphere. It is a bit loud, but the service is always great.Vegetarian options: they have a fair amount of delicious vegetarian options.Parking: they are normally very busy so you may have to search for a parking spot, but there are plenty.

Ordered tacos and the Brooklyn Breakfast Sandwich. The potatoes are a must have. Food was fantastic, service was fast and friendly and the decor is beautiful. Great local place and I will definitely be back!Note to management: the Brooklyn breakfast sandwich should be a permanent menu item!!
