I've had a couple of good meals here, but yesterday was a total fail. Ordered a "Chicago" dog, but they don't actually have Chicago dogs like the sign on the building says. It was cold and bore zero resemblance to a Chicago dog. The fries were cold. No excuse for cold food during the lunch rush from 12-1. Those fries should be coming up every few minutes and served fresh from the fryer.

Double burger was just a skim of hamburger, see through so thin. Nothing like the Elizabethton Freddy's. Frozen custard is awesome. My new fav.

I made a simple order of four items on Uber Eats and they couldn’t even give all four items to my Uber Eats driver. This was my first and LAST time ever trying Freddy’s. I’ll choose CookOut next time.

Went through drive through- food was fresh, friendly faces.. manager came to window and was very nice, said it would be just a second longer and would I like a shake or custard for my wait- I chose a hot chocolate shake- and it was divine! Everything was amazing and delicious will be back!! Most definitely will be getting that shake again- it was the best I’ve ever had!
