I received a 40% off coupon for a Frisco burger...I asked if my bread could be extra toasted,they weren't sure if it could be done but either her name was Carla or Sara...she figured out to do it quickly, just put it in again but flipped over. I appreciate her and the cook. ?

Went through drive through, cook was out by dumpster smoking, cashier was back cooking, until he arrived.More then likely, neither one of them washed there hands.Waited 12 minutes in the drive for 2 dbl beacon ch burgers. They tasted as if they cleaned the grill with them.Nasty......

The lady at the front counter is oneOf the rudest ppl I’ve ever encountered. I have vowed not to go back to this Hardee’s bc she let a elderly man stand at the front counter waiting on a cup of coffee while she totally ignored him & when I said something to her she started ranting & goin on abt it so I left. This lady has worked there for a while. She’s an older lady that works breakfast & usually in the drive thru. She is always RUDE!!!

When to get a biscuit ask for cheese and they charged me a dollar 24 a piece of cheese then gave me my coffee without any creamer or sugar told me I was ridiculous they were very rude never go here

This morning, the lobby to dine in, was closed, Hardee's didn't have any water or gravy for a biscuit and gravy. I ordered sausage and egg biscuit with orange juice which they did have. Johnson City Water Department was cutting off water down State of Franklin Rd. The window lady gave me a coupon discount but forgot that I ordered an orange juice and shut the door in my face.
