Three of us ate here. We were greeted immediately, and the manager and staff were all very friendly. Two of us ordered Colorado omelets with pancakes, and one ordered the chicken fried steak (which was huge) and eggs. The food arrived quickly, was the right temperature, and tasted really good. The staff worked very well together, with various people checking on us, delivering food, and making sure our drinks were filled. The restaurant was busy, but we never felt like we were left wanting for anything. One of our group ordered the Blueberry Pancakes, and we were impressed to see that they actually liked like the picture on the menu. We all enjoyed our food and would be happy to eat here again.

I don't know if it's new people or new management, this store was notorious for slow service and low quality food. However, the food was exactly how we ordered it and the service was amazing and fast. our server was so quick and our food and drinks were perfect and my daughter NEVER had a empty soda glass ( almost unheard-of at this store ) IF I could I would only want this server unfortunately I do not remember her name or I would name her , I did tell the manager whata fantastic job she did

Ordered car side. Was supposed to be ready at 1 PM. At 10 after I went in to get it. It was ready just sitting there not being brought out. Got home with it and my order was wrong. Called to complain and they won't answer or hang up immediately. They've been horrible for the last few years and each time it gets worse. The excuse is always the same Covid blah blah short staffed blah blah. Will not go back. If you're reading this go to Waffle House instead.

Ordered a 2 for 2 for 2.Sausage was refrigerator cold. And I specifically asked if I could substitute the pancakes for Strawberry and cream crapes she said yes. I got the food and there was no cream only strawberry sauce. Got the bill and they were not substituted she just charged me extra for it.21 dollars for one person. 3.29 for drink she never refilled it.Staff was in a rush and only had two other tables. They did not spend any extra time making sure I was satisfied as a customer. Nor did they lift an eyebrow or smile at all the entire time. Two restaurants next to them are completely packed on a saturday , and this restaurant was dead. And will eventually go out of business unfortunately Is the way that this restaurant operates.
