The manager sold the pizza that i already pay n he says “sorry i think you will not back, so i sell it n i cant make you a new one”.The pretzel pizza is more salt than pizza, the worst ever.

Waited 10 minutes before anyone said hello. Only gave me half of my order. I had to go back to the car to get my phone to prove my order. Then didn't apologize. Very rude, please get your portal fixed.

Probably the worst experience of my life when it comes to ordering carry out pizza. I will never be back here and advise no one to ever enter this building. It took 50 mins to get a pizza,hot wings and crazy bread and it was all WRONG! when I finally got it. I don't know how they stay in business.

TLDR: When busy go elsewhere they will eff it up. They did make my order right. Changed opinion on pizza here! I can understand the Obesity Problem in Johnson City...So what I don't understand is how they can have 5-8 workers, store be nasty & service all to hell? I can understand app error. 45mins (20 past selected time) 1 deep dish 2 topping and it was made wrong! Overpriced 4 what I got IMO. Very UNHEALTHY FOOD! Sauce absolutely tears my stomach up! they always bathe food in it! I can't believe anyone would buy it for 2$ either. I almost did not order until I found No Sauce option inside app.My specific issue was no sauce. I specifically chose none! Is it not paying attention, cooks can't read, comprehend directions (like my niece & recipes) or just too high to function? Perhaps it's app error as manager "couldn't see no sauce". No Sauce in small letters at very end of item details. Perhaps an oversight? I knew I should've ordered pepperoni cheese sticks but I wanted hamburger. Doing that would've added $3 extra. Should be cheaper b/c it doesn't have sauce. Let's not even talk about substitutions that's just ?.No way I would pay 4 delivery when pickup is this bad! Pickup box is covered in sauce plus grungy floors! I felt really uncomfortable b/c how full store was, anxiety aside. 5 people inside plus nearly 10 employees doing gkw. I waited outside 15mins checking app. Well I put mask on as it's been packing up 10mins. (I'm vaccinated! doubt employees & customers) Go inside & waited another 10m. Alright let's walk back home ~1 miles in 30° weather... Oh yay I get to have heart burn all night & no sleep b/c somebody can't pay effn attention to a ticket! I can only imagine how my replacement will be when I go back. Put it in fridge till cold, then remove, mush out sauce, clean up sauce, reheat & eat... Sounds normal right?Maybe this is what I get for being cheap? IDK but Johnson city has lost its mind apparently... (Same day & side of town. Subway sells oxidized aka pink lettuce, which is Normal!?! IMO it was old, brown & needs trash.)Wheelchair accessibility: None. You can pull up but,small sidewalk & good luck opening door.Dietary restrictions: Either app error or employees don't pay attention, see review for possible reasons.
