If I could give ZERO stars I would. I cannot believe the way I was just treated here. I paid $20 for chicken tenders and fries for lunch, ordered a large sweet tea and got a small, and I told the girl on the phone i needed a lot of ranch because I put it on everything. The little African American waiter with the glasses gave me my order and packed the ranch I did get in the same container as my food so my ranch was all hot and I didn’t get enough for my salad, also no croutons on my salad, so I had to go back and ask for it. He walked by me and basically accused me of lying about how many cups of ranch i got, rolled his eyes at me and made a comment about how I should be charged extra. Over a cup of ranch. Is this how you treat people, Logan’s?? This was completely uncalled for, he acted like a complete fool over a cup of ranch and humiliated me in front of the whole restaurant. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money here again.

The server was excellent!The cook gave me a little to rare steak, but the manager fixed the situation quickly! The fresh yeast rolls are excellent! Great French onion soup & delicious loaded mashed potatoes & Mac n cheese!

Ordered takeout and paid the same as if I had sit in and what I got what absolutely laughable… There was no one at the front to help when I walked in and the guy who eventually did was a bit of a tool. He didn’t hand me my drink that came with the order. Paid almost two extra dollars to have cheese on my broccoli and it’s literally just shredded cheddar… The rice that cane with my salmon barely existed, and what was there was either very overcooked or severely undercooked. It was chewy and disgusting. This place is a joke. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

2/14/24Was very disappointed I spent $50 for 3 meals to go for my family note I live in 30-minutes away only to get home n each meal has about 8-9 ff and the steak was small enough to put in your small hand unfortunately this was not enough to feed my family n fill them up n gave wrong salad dressing ! we eat at this place regularly but this is not how I expected to spend Valentine’s I know this won’t go anywhere but it’s Valentine’s Day n I sure got a disappointmentSent from my iPhone
It's good food and friendly service. Much the same as Applebee's, Reno's, or Texas Roadhouse. It's basically the same dining experience as any other place. Nothing special.

The food is okay (steaks definitely better than the seafood), but our experience would have been much better if we had had decent service. The host guy working at the front was very helpful when we couldn't find our waitress.. I'm glad he was there! Our server didn't ask basic questions, like how our food was, did we want dessert, etc. She seemed like she'd rather be doing anything else. This was really unfortunate since it was my mom's birthday, and the food wasn't that good to make up for the poor service (there were maybe 4 tables total, so it wasn't busy). As far as atmosphere, it was strange.. not very good speakers/crackly music, waitresses standing around talking, etc. 4 stars as it wasn't very expensive. I doubt we will be back anytime soon, though, given we couldn't have basic communication with her constantly rushing away. Might have better luck during rush times!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.. but I wouldn't say there's a bunch of kids' accommodations. Could be more of a service issue, though.
