If not for my grands calling out the people at the windows, I would not even address this. At the time I am the only car in line. Placed order. Paid and then next window young lady was rude and made statement that I was rude....I had told her I would not need drink tray and then did not see the buritos in the bag. She says they are on the bottom. Ok. I check and they are....squished....and I say thanks and she made statement directed to me that I was rude! McDonalds, you should teach your staff respect and how to speak/respond with public/customers. My family,who are impressionable, saw where the rudeness came from! I would choose another McDonalds if I ever come back.

Two lines thru McDonald's, both with several cars in them. Ran 4 cars thru from same line before taking an order from the other line. Guess which one I was in! Then get to the window and wrong order, but it was the employee's birthday. Yay!!!!

Treats dashers like trash. Barely ever buy food from here in the last 6 months because it’s absolutely the worst thing to imagine consuming. The kitchen is DIRTY and so is their food. I was dashing there and they parked me after the lobby was closed. After I started to run out of gas and realized it had been 28 minutes they told me they forgot about me until I asked someone at the window if they knew I was there. It was super cold so they probably just didn’t wanna do it. Happened two more times after that. Very very rude to dashers always, doesn’t matter who or how nice you are. One door dash order was given to me leaking the spilled drinks inside and I was asked if I wanted napkins.

This McDonald’s use to have some amazing friendly crew members but recently there’s a new manager that’s working nights and people have warned me about him that he’s not very friendly and tonight he wasn’t courteous to his customers because I went to order and he didn’t tell me that he was gonna close the lobby but as soon as he brought my order to me, he told me he was closing the lobby and i said well it’s not my fault that i had to wait so long for my order and i would’ve went through drive thru if i knew that but why didn’t he tell me before I ordered my food? Then he told me he’d give me time to eat . But then he came over a few minutes later and told us he was calling the police . So idk understand why he changed his mind after telling me i could stay and eat my food. Just take this as warning ⛔️ they don’t care about their customers to be running people off. We weren’t homeless people just trying to hang out or anything we just came there after church to eat ? ?♀️ but we were treated that way so makes me wonder did he think we were not important customers to be treated as trespassers .. How were we trespassing when we told me i could finish eating ?

Normally quick food service usually fresh but often times they overlook small details like giving you your food but leave you waiting for your frappe so an off duty employee gets it for you .. I appreciate that and she deserves a raise don't know your name but blind hair and glasses you were clocked out and served me anyway now that's customer service
