ALWAYS an issue with this one.....either get completely ignored at the drive thru until I beep my horn, ALWAYS forget something on my order, customer service is a roll of the dice and this last time my kid bit into a nugget and spit it right back out!! Small hard as a brick white peice in it. Finally straw.

We, stupidly, stopped there to get some food. I hoped the management was finally doing their job and was now training the employees, but I was so very very wrong! After we FINALLY got to order in the drive thru they gave us the wrong order. So my husband went in with the receipt that we had to basically demand to get when we paid.He said the girl was rude and then had to get the "main manager", thats a joke, and he acted like it was our fault! When they did gave us the "right" order it was cold, rubbery, and the burgers were all apart in the bottom of the bag. I really dont believe they even tried to wrap them. It has to be the worse Mcdonalds in Tennessee!!!

Went in drive thru around 10:45am...got 2 chicken sandwiches...got too pick food up and ask for for pickles on side...I small black girl said we charge 50ct.....I said I've never been charged for pickles in 25 years......she yells I NEED SIDE OF PICKLES HE NEVER BEEN CHARGED IN 25 YEARS......then another tall young black boy comes with a side of pickles with only 3 in it.......he again said we charge and next time it will cost me in a very rude tone!!!...I WON'T EVER be back and will tell others about this ordeal and location.!!!

I came to this McDonald's yesterday and my experience was amazing the service was good the employees were super friendly and the food was prepared the way I asked. I was surprised at how awesome my experience was I came by today again to test and see if it was just a fluke. To my surprise my experience today was just as pleasant as the previous day. Way to go team keep up the good work. Thank you.
