Normally almost every day I ask; ice caramel coffee.It's horrible, they don't know how to prepare it every day, it has a different preparation. It would be good for the owners to carry out an evaluation and improve the quality....this is repeated in kingsport.

probably the worst mcdonald’s in the area. waited over 10 mins just for a drink, ended up having to go inside and the manager (if you could call them that) messed up the drink a total of three times while having the receipt in hand that SAYS what the drink has. don’t understand how a regional manager hasn’t intervened and tried to get new management in?? this store has rapidly gone downhill :(

I ordered a big Mac meal and asked for a bottom bun they said they could put a reg. Bun on top I said ok when I got it all it was was a mc double with Mac source I went and ash them don't it suppose to have a bun in the middle they said yeah but because they put a regular bun on it they said they don't put a middle bun they didn't tell me that and then they brought me a middle bun to put on it instead of remaking it right so I got a mc double for a 10 dollar meal and told me if u don't like it don't come back I have never been treated so bad at a restaurant one sorry restaurant

I can't go a day without a Caramel Iced Coffee. McDonald's, I am glad you live in the same neighborhood I do. See you later.Parking: They share an entrance that occasionally gets congested but once you make it to their parking lot there is plenty of parking spaces. Simple drive-thru also.

I tried there breakfast 2 mornings in a row both times the biscuits were so hard I couldn't eat it and my sausage pattie was not cooked at all. The only reason I went back was to see if maybe they were just having an off day that day with their biscuits, but no. Do not recommend this place for breakfast!

Staff looked past me after I waited for my curbside order inside. I waited in my car for a while after the McDonald’s app malfunctioned and I was given cold food and watered down sprite. I’m currently physically limited due to a back injury and the only thing they said about my experience is whether or not they can get the door for me. I’m appalled to say the least and will not be back.
