I placed a pick up order today for 12pm and the food was not good. I usually love Moe’s and this is a confusing experience. It was way too spicy and flavorless at the same time and the food was cold. I was 20 minutes late to pick it up due to my job training going over but it seemed the food was sitting there for longer than 20 minutes. It was disappointing and I had to get Pal’s on the way back to work. I will be throwing this food away.

The food was absolutely excellent.My wife and kids server was really friendly as well. My server, however, did not want to be there at all. At least that's what it seemed like. It was very unpleasant making my order with her.If the food hadn't been so good, she would be a reason I would never go back to this restaurant. However, the food was incredible and we will absolutely be going back. I do hope that management addresses this issue.

I will never eat at this location after this experience it makes so much sense why this place only got a 2.5 on yelp. Save your tears and go to Chipotle where they actually know how to speak to customers.

We arrived near closing time, and the staff were still very courteous and did a great job. One of the staff members even checked on us while we were eating outside (we chose to eat outside).Dietary restrictions: Good place for a person with food allergies. We have someone in our group who has food allergies, and Moe’s is one of the places we look for when we are traveling.
Staff was nice and place was clean. I got the burrito with steak. Steak was not very good but sons got chicken which appeared to be good.

Moe's is a good place for getting "build your own" burritos/ tacos/quesadillas. The service at this location varies. It's usually good, but sometimes it's just poor. The food is good. They offer two different kinds of chicken and two different kinds of beef as well as tofu. Their additional fillings include some offerings that other restaurants like this don't offer, like grilled onions. Overall, it's a great restaurant

This is one of my new favorite places! We were stuck at the JC children's hospital so we thought we would give this place a try.... and we weren't disappointed! I had a chicken bowl and my man had a chicken crunch wrap. Both were great, loaded with meat, cheese, beans, veggies, pico, cheese dip and we made a stop at the salsa bar to top it off. Give this place a try!

Says they are opened until 9:30 on the website but they closed at 8:00. Had a party of 21 trying to come eat. They lost out of $100’s of dollars. Please update your website so we don’t waste our time.

Grooms family ordered delivery for party of 30+. Scheduled for delivery at 6 and they arrived at 5. Then the delivery guy just blamed it on the catering lead who "is no longer" with them. Not a lot we could do at that point but put pans in oven to keep them warm. Just make sure you check and triple check with them if you order catering.
